Made-to-Order & Specialty Items
Many of our products are created only after an order is placed. Because these items are custom produced, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or style is ordered, or if the customer simply changes their mind. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details and size charts before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, a replacement or refund will be provided. To qualify, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop3ight8@gmail.com with:
The order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos (and, if applicable, a photo showing multiple affected items together)
In most cases, the product does not need to be returned for inspection.
Refunds
Once a claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Non-returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective or damaged)
Sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Delivery Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may request a re-shipment. Additional shipping costs will apply.
If a package is lost in transit, the issue will be reviewed and a replacement or refund may be issued.
Print & Production Tolerance
For printed apparel, small variations in print placement (up to 0.5”) or slight color differences may occur during production. These are considered normal and not defects.
