Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from the United States. Some products may be fulfilled from other locations, depending on availability, to ensure faster delivery.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing may take longer during holidays or periods of high volume. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed and another when the order ships.
How long will it take to receive my order?

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing.

International orders: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Can I change or cancel my order?
At 3ight8, we are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our customers. Orders are sent for processing shortly after they are placed, allowing products to be prepared and shipped without delay.
For this reason, all change or cancellation requests must be submitted immediately, and no later than two (2) hours after purchase. This ensures we have sufficient time to make adjustments and coordinate with our fulfillment partners.
After this window, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Once delivered, only items that qualify under our Return & Refund Policy will be eligible for replacement or refund.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For international orders, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or additional fees at delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays are beyond our control.
What is your return policy?
Because many of our products are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind. Customers are encouraged to carefully review size charts and product details before placing an order.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following are not eligible for return:

What if my item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@3ight8.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by the store.

For any other approved returns (if applicable), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the credit. If your refund has not appeared after this period, please contact your bank or card provider.
